Contest Rules

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Eligibility Restrictions:

A         KKDG contests are open to listeners who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of KKDG, its corporate parent American General Media Nevada, LLC, affiliated entities, its partners, other radio stations in the Durango, Farmington or 4-corners areas and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

B         Listeners are eligible to win a KKDG contest only once every thirty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

C         Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months.

Prizes:

A         Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

B         Any prize not claimed within 30 days shall be forfeited.

Selection of Winners:

A         Decisions of station management with respect to the winners of all contests are final.

Conditions:

A         Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

B         By participating in any KKDG contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

C         Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold KKDG, its corporate licensee, parent corporation American General Media Nevada, LLC, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest

KKDG reserves the right to make changes to any KKDG contest, which will become effective upon announcement

No purchase is necessary to play any KKDG contest. KKDG contests are void where prohibited.

Failure to comply with contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
